I appreciated the fact that it was possible to book it on such a short notice and they allowed early check in BUT the ki Positive: Location. Negative: The bathroom leaked. Basic utensils were missing in the kitchen and the ones which were available were in poor condition to use.

Positive: Bella la struttura, ordinata e ben tenuta. Negative: L ingresso esterno con i codici funzionava poco e bisognava ripetere più volte l operazione. Sarebbe di gradimento il cambio asciugamani a metà settimana ( avendo soggiornato per otto giorni)

Ein schönes Apartment mit vielen Mängeln Positive: Nähe zum Busbahnhof! Sauberkeit! Keine Ungeziefer!Gute Matratzen! Negative: Die Öffnung der Appartementtuer per Pin,war jedes Mal eine Katastrophe!Ein anderer Gast kam mit einer anderen Pin ,in unser Appartement!? Der Safe war nicht nutzbar,es gab keinen Schlüssel!Für die Ersatzkissen und Decken für kalte Nächte,gab es keine Bezüge!An 2 Fenstervorhängen befanden sich ca.40 cm lange Risse! Die Küchenzeile ist schlecht beleuchtet! Eine Leuchtröhre war kaputt,die andere Leuchtröhre bestand nur aus der Fassung! Über der Badewanne befand sich ein verrostetes Metallregal !

Poor customer support Positive: The location of the property was good and the apartment was well-equipped. Negative: The property had mold in the bathroom from the start of our stay. In the previous responses to guest reviews, the property encourages their guests to contact them during their stay if any issues arise, which I did, but no one was able to resolve this over the entire 7-night stay. The property confirmed a technician would come, but no one ever showed up. Even if someone had, it wouldn’t have been a proper solution since the area couldn’t be properly ventilated while we were still staying. Communication was inconsistent, and the property’s agents responded to my messages, unfortunately, without actually resolving the issue. The property did not match what was advertised online. I was told a supervisor would call me to discuss a refund, but I never received any call. While a partial refund was eventually offered (which does not even cover 2 nights of our stay), the property refused to negotiate further, which only shows a lack of customer empathy, and I did not feel adequately supported given the way the situation was handled. Offering money alone does not make up for poor handling of serious issues.
